The inauguration ceremony of Iran-Japan Association was held on Sep.26,2017 with the presence of a number of prominent Japanese, parliamentary, economic, and commercial figures at the International House of Japan. It is a peoples organization in the form of the Friendship Association is founded to expand and deepen the relations between two countries
At the inauguration ceremony, H. E. Mr. Masahiko Komura, Vice-President of the Liberal Democratic Party and Head of the Parliamentary Friendship Group of Iran- Japan, Mr. Kinichi Komano, Chairman of Japan-Iran Association and the former ambassador of Japan to Iran, H. E. Dr. Reza Nazar Ahari, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tokyo and Mr. Ken Matsuzawa, Board Member of Japan-Iran Association, President of FEC speaking about the long history of friendly and constructive relations between the two countries. And also announced the support and determination of the high ranking officials of the both countries for the promotion of relations between Iran and Japan in various fields.
A number of executives from the industrial and commercial companies and Iranian residents attended it as well.
The chairman and the members of this association announced the horizons of joint cooperation between the two countries are very bright and the purpose of this association is to facilitate the common collaborations and raise the level of relations between Iran and Japan in all areas
