中国での新型コロナウイルス感染拡大と、世界100カ国以上への感染拡大に続き、2020年2月19日、当感染の発症例がイランでも確認され、事前の準備に基づき、下記の対策が講じられた：

感染の疑いのある人に対する、また感染場所を対象とした移動制限

感染拡大予防のため、人の行き来の多い都市の玄関口における、体温計などの必要な機器を持った医療チームの配備
Deploy a medical team with necessary equipment such as a thermometer at the entrance of a busy city to prevent the spread of infection,
新型コロナウイルス感染者の、14日間の隔離
Isolation of new coronavirus infected patients for 14 days,
新型コロナウイルスに関する市民の問い合わせに回答するための、相談窓口（4030）の設置
Establish a consultation desk (4030) to answer citizen inquiries about the new coronavirus,
パスツール研究所でのコロナウイルス検査能力が18倍となり、一日あたり1800件となった。
- The Coronavirus testing capacity at the Pasteur Institute has increased to 1800 per day that is 18 times more than before.
世界保健機関の公式発表によれば、イランは中国に次いで最も多くの感染者を治療している。

UNICEF、世界保健機関、中国、イギリス、フランス、ドイツ、日本、アゼルバイジャン共和国、カタール、ロシア、アラブ首長国連邦、トルコ共和国からの、保健・医療に関する人道物資支援の受理
Received support for humanitarian supplies related to health and medical care from UNICEF, World Health Organization, China, UK, France, Germany, Japan, Azerbaijan, Qatar, Russia, UAE, Turkey.
- 国際保健規則に基づく、「協力国との保健規則」の作成・署名の用意
Readiness of The Islamic Republic of Iran to sign a Health Protocol with Partner Countries based on international protocols, in particular International Health Regulations (IHR),
感染抑制のため、全国にマスクやその他の保健用品を配布する指示を発表した。
- The government has issued instructions to distribute masks and other health supplies nationwide to control infection,
バシジ、赤新月社、医療制度機構との協力によるコロナ対策の国家動員計画が、世界保健機関により確認された。
- The World Health Organization has confirmed a national mobilization plan for coronavirus control in cooperation with Basij, Red Crescent and the Healthcare Institution,
- イラン暦本年度末（2020年3月20日）まで、全国の全学校と全大学を休校とする。3月20日から15日間、イラン暦新年の休みのため休校とする。
All schools and universities nationwide will be closed until the end of the current Iranian year (March 20, 2020), and official Norouz Vacations will begin from March 21 to April 3 for all students.

イラン外務大臣が国連事務総長へ宛てた書簡の中で、現在のコロナウイルス感染拡大状況と、必要な医薬品や医療機器調達におけるアメリカによる妨げに鑑みて、アメリカ合衆国によるイラン国民に対する経済テロリズムを至急中止する必要があると述べた。
- Letter addressed to UN Secretary-General by the Iranian Foreign Minister on the need for an immediate cessation of US economic terrorism against the Iranian people, given the prevalence of Coronavirus and American hindrances for Iran to supply medicine and medical equipment to counter it,

- 軍統合参謀本部が、軍の医療設備や機器を活用できるよう、国家コロナ対策本部との完全な調整のもと、保健医療の基地を設置した。
Establishment of a health and treatment Base by General staff of Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in full coordination with the National Anti-Coronavirus Headquarter in order to use of medical facilities of the Armed Forces,
政府が、全国の全てのショッピングセンター、ショッピングモール、バザールを一時休業とし、大統領が国民に対し、新年休みの間外出を控えるよう、要請した。
The government's order to close all shopping malls and markets across the country, as well as President of Islamic Republic of Iran asked All Iranian to stay home for the New Year's Eve holidays.
コロナ感染症についての総合的な情報を、ネット上で無料で一般公開した。
Providing comprehensive information on CoronaVirus disease and making it free to the public via the Internet;
コロナウイルス検査を行う検査施設の数を、60ヶ所から93ヶ所へと増やした。
Increase in number of corona virus detection laboratories from 60 to 93;
イランのパスツール研究所でのコロナウイルス検査ネットワークの能力を、一日あたり1万件以上へと増強した。今後2万件へと強化する計画である。
Increase the detection capacity of the coronavirus laboratory network at the Pasteur Institute of Iran to over 10,000 tests per day And plans to increase it to 20,000 tests per day;
コロナ感染症拡大防止に関する用品の生産能力を増強した：
Increased production of Coronavirus prevention equipment in Iran:
A．3層マスクの生産を、一日あたり12万枚から100万枚へと増やした。今後1ヶ月以 内に、500万枚へと増産する計画である。
Increase production of three-layer masks from 120,000 masks daily to about 1,000,000 masks And plans to increase it to 5 million in the next month;
B．N95型マスクの生産を、一日あたり1万枚から14万枚へと増やした。
Increase N95 mask production from 10,000 to 140,000 a day;
C．防護服の生産を、2000から50,000へと増やした。
Increasing production of protective Gown from 2000 to 50,000 daily;
D．全国において消毒除菌剤生産能力を10倍へと増強した。
The production capacity of disinfectants throughout the country increased 10 times;
E . 人工呼吸器の国内生産能力を、一日あたり5台から8倍の40台へと増強した。
8-fold increase in ventilator production in the country from 5 units per day to 40 units per day;
- 国内の病院のICU集中治療室病床数を1200床確保した。今後4000床へと増やす計画である。

553台の固定式・可動式人工呼吸器と、166台のBIPAP補助換気器を、1ヶ月以内に全国の国立病院に配置する。

- コロナウイルス検査機関の数を、60から117へと増やした
Increasing the number of coronavirus detection laboratories from 60 to 117 laboratories;
- 全国のすべての国民のための、栄養相談電話窓口(4030)の設置
Providing nutrition counseling through the 4030 telephone system for all people in the country;
- 遠隔医療（テレメディスン）による、非緊急時の医療サービスの開始
Initiation of non-emergency and telemedicine services in the country;
- イラン国内での感染症例の確認時から、508,288件の検査を行った
Carrying out more than 508,288 Coronavirus Detection tests since the onset of the disease in Iran;
- 2020年3月20日以降、1100の病床、集中治療室の病床900、人工呼吸器425台、CTスキャン45台を確保した。
- Providing 1100 hospital beds, 425 I.C.U beds, 900 ventilators and 45 CT scans to the country's hospitals since April 1, 1999 (March 20, 2020);
- コロナウイルス感染拡大により職を失った全労働者に対し、失業保険を適用した。
- Unemployment insurance for all unemployed workers due to the outbreak of coronavirus throughout the country;
- 第二段階として23,000,000人を対象としたスクリーニングを行なった。第一段階では、71,000,000人がスクリーニング対象となっていた。
- Screening of 23 million people in the second phase of the National Mobilization Against Corona; it should be noted that 71 million people were screened in the first phase of this mobilization.
- 全国に389のOutpatient Sampling Centerを設置し、来週までにその数を420箇所まで増やす。
- Establish 389 Outpatient sampling centers across the country and increase it to 420 by next week;
- 保健省により、12,000の職業の保健衛生規則が策定された。
- Codification of a health protocol for 12,000 jobs in the country by the Ministry of Health;

- 協同組合省が、ソーシャル・ディスタンス確保の方法を発表した。

- コロナウイルス検査所の数を60から120箇所へと増やした。

- 検査能力を40倍増強し、検査件数の数を一日あたり200から15,000軒へと増やした。
